Our collections including but not limited to Aspect, Athena Bowls, Bar Excellence, and Caithness Glass are proprietary products. Their distinctive designs are protected by copyright and design rights.

We take great care to accurately describe and display our products. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to monitor settings and the handmade nature of many of our products.

All measurements and weights provided are approximate. Product packaging may vary from what is shown on the website.

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your complete payment card information.

Prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are additional unless you qualify for free shipping on orders over £50.

We ship worldwide excluding Asia and some remote regions. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before dispatch.

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Cost: £12.95
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt, provided they are:

• Unused and in perfect condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective:

• Caithness Paperweights
• Ceramic Art Vases
• Any custom-made or personalised items

To initiate a return or exchange, please email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day period. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Returns Authorisation Number and shipping address.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund.

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once we receive your return. Standard shipping charges apply for the new shipment.

We meticulously inspect every item before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage.

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund and provide a pre-paid returns label for the damaged item.
